Unini Campbell serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at BudPay, bringing over a decade of experience in the fintech industry. Her background is marked by a unique combination of strategic insight and hands-on leadership.

Before joining BudPay, Unini played key roles at Migo and Cellulant, where she consistently achieved positive outcomes by identifying and seizing market opportunities. Recognized for her talent in building and leading high-performing teams, Unini has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.

Her commitment and expertise in fostering growth have led her to collaborate with emerging startups in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, and Kenya, guiding them in launching growth initiatives and establishing meaningful partnerships.

Additionally, she serves as a venture partner with Beta Ventures, a VC Fund based in New York and Lagos, empowering ambitious entrepreneurs to develop innovative products and services.

Unini holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Ibadan, a Master’s in Public and International Affairs (MPIA), and a Diploma in African Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has completed a graduate program in Economics and Public Policy at Sciences Po, Paris, and is a certified Project Management Professional by PMI. Furthermore, she has earned certificates in Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures from Harvard Business School (HBS), Leadership at Scale from INSEAD, and Innovation & Growth from Stanford Graduate Business School (SGBS).
