Tyler Karahalios, Delta40’s Chief of Staff, brings a unique perspective to Delta40, having sat on both sides of the table as an operator and investor on the continent. She has spent her 10 year career dancing the cha cha cha that marries purpose with profit – leveraging capital to drive growth and innovation to impact lives.

Most recently, she led Financial Services at MarketForce, a B2B commerce platform operating across 5 African markets, developing and launching solutions including inventory financing, digital wallets and payments, and bill pay across it’s network of 200k+ merchants.

Prior to this, she worked at two venture capital funds, in management consulting at EY-Parthenon, and at a sanitation start-up in Kenya. At Delta40, Tyler leads new programs (including two upcoming Entrepreneur-in-Residence programs – stay tuned!), fundraising and investor relations, and strategy, as well as supports our investment process and portfolio. She graduated from Stanford University and enjoys hiking, fuzzy socks, and advocating for women in venture.
