Tunji Olalekan
Tunji Olalekan, the Co-founder and CEO of Lendha, launched a credit-led financial operating system for the 60 Million offline African SMEs in 2020. Its ML-AI-based platform allows non-Internet-connected businesses to access capital for business growth. To date, Lendha has generated $329k in net revenues. In contrast to the default of similar businesses, ranging from 10 to 20%, Lendha’s repayment rate is 98 percent.
Before founding Lendha, Tunji was an early employee at Advans in Nigeria, an international microfinance bank funded by KfW. At Advans, Tunji was in charge of portfolio quality and development. He holds two degrees from the University of Ilorin: Business Administration and Biochemistry.
