Thea has been working with tech startups in Africa for nearly a decade. She currently leads marketing at South Africa based payments company Stitch, and co-founded Women Who Build Africa – an inclusive community for women and non-binary people working in tech across the continent – as well as talent community Venture for Africa.

Previously, Thea led marketing for inclusive fintech accelerator Catalyst Fund and its parent company BFA Global, as well as MEST Africa.
