Sonia Nnadozie Aliyu is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in business development, digital entrepreneurship, and international trade across Europe and Africa. She is currently leading the ‘eTrade for Women’ initiative at the United Nations, to contribute to more gender equality in tech in developing regions, including Africa.
Beyond her role, Sonia coaches and mentors women professionals, fostering leadership development. Her expertise spans program management, policy advocacy, and strategic planning, driven by a passion for creating a more equal and inclusive digital sector.
In the past three years, Sonia has built thriving communities, providing resources to over 300 women globally. She actively contributes to public-private dialogue, enabling women entrepreneurs to share stories and shape gender-inclusive policies.
