Rolake Rosiji is Africa Regional Director for Seedstars, one of the leading global entrepreneurial support organisations. She oversees technical assistance, capacity building and blended finance programs helping entrepreneurs to scale their businesses for Clients such as IFC, GIZ, SDC and AfDB. Prior to Seedstars, Rolake led technology companies as CEO of Jobberman Nigeria and Country Manager of M-KOPA Nigeria; and was also Head of Strategy for Arla Foods in Africa, leading their expansion across countries.

Rolake has a proven track record of business expansion, digital transformation and executing strategic partnerships. She has served on the board of the Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria, is on the Steering Committee of the Jobtech Alliance by Mercy Corps Venture, and is a Board Advisory of Persistent Energy. She has a Masters in Development Management from London School of Economics and an undergraduate in Politics and Economics from Durham University. She also has a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Stanford Business School.
