DAN TUMURAMYE
Dan is currently the Country Director – Uganda at Chipper Cash where he leads the overall company’s expansion, partnerships, revenue, and growth strategies. Prior to joining Chipper Cash, Dan was the Lead – Merchant Business at Airtel Uganda responsible for formulating merchant acquisition and implementation of the overall merchant strategy across all levels of the pyramid during a span of 7 years.
Dan has extensive experience in digital payments and technology, mobile money, and sales cycle management with more than a decade of working expertise in the telco and insuretech eco-systems. Dan holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University (India), B. Com (Hons) Degree, and a certificate in Digital Money (DFA – South Africa). He is a member of the Digital Frontiers Association – Uganda and sits on several boards.
