With over a decade of experience in corporate and structured finance, impact investing, and fund management, May is an Investment Manager at FSD Africa’s Investment arm, FSDAi. Her role involves executing FSDAi’s investment strategy, covering opportunity identification, deal-sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and post-investment monitoring.

May has led key transactions, including FSDAi’s investments into Nithio (an AI-enabled energy financing platform), Persistent Energy (a climate venture builder), and Catalyst Fund (a pre-seed fund focused on fintech and climate adaptation solutions).  Prior to FSD Africa, she played integral roles in the investment teams of AlphaMundi Group, I-DEV International, and I&M Burbidge Capital.
