Lisa is a qualified educator turned entrepreneurial educationalist and co-founder of FutureproofSA. Lisa holds a post-graduate degree in education specializing in curriculum studies from the University of the Witwatersrand.

She has successfully pitched in the reality television series, Shark Tank and won investment and hosted radio shows on several radio stations. In 2018, Lisa was awarded an Imagine Award for the work FutureProofSA does in alleviating poverty through entrepreneurial education and to date FutureProofSA has reached over 6500 participants across South Africa. Lisa has been guest speaker at the Erasmus Institute for Entrepreneurship and Tillburg University in the Netherlands, Gordon Business Institute of Business Science.

FutureProofSA hold the only national accreditation for entrepreneurship education courses from the South African Council of Educators and works with education institutions around the country pioneering entrepreneurship education.

Lisa has extensive experience in educational psychology relating to entrepreneurs and enjoys pioneering new ways of thinking in developing founders and their teams. She has started multiple businesses, raised several rounds of capital from seed to growth capital. Her expertise lie in marketing, branding, content creation, digital teaching and learning within education and social enterprises.
