Josephine Towett is an Independent Consultant focused on Postal, Courier and E-commerce  policy, legal and regulatory  environment and  organisational transformation.

Prior to venturing in to consulting ,Josephine worked in the ICT industry for over 20 years and has a  wealth of experience in  telecommunication business, market research, digital capacity building ,connectivity and digital inclusion, ICT policy and regulation and the digital economy.

Josephine was the National expert on e-commerce and strategy development for the UNCTAD /Kenya  e-readiness assessment project and the national e-commerce strategy consultation workshop.   Previous speaker at the Kenya eTrade for Women initiative  on the  Kenyan digital ecosystem.

Josephine serves as  a  voluntary strategic   advisor for the  annual Kenya E-commerce Awards ,an event that has contributed  immensely to the growth of digital entrepreneurship  in Kenya by promoting  and  celebrating excellence in the Kenyan e-commerce ecosystem.

Josephine holds an MBA from  the University of Nairobi and extensive training in ICT Policy and Regulation.
