Claire is the founder and CEO of Farm to Feed. Farm to Feed is the tech-enabled solution that creates a market for surplus and imperfect produce to boost farmer incomes, reduce greenhouse gas emission and improve food security.

In sub-Saharan Africa, nearly 50% of vegetables and fruit never reach the consumer while a huge portion of the population faces food insecurity. Raised in Kenya with Dutch nationality, Claire has an engineering background and work experience in South East Asia, Australia and East Africa.

She moved back to Kenya 8 years ago to work for
PricewaterhouseCoopers for their Strategy & Operations team, focusing on strategic planning and market entry for international companies entering East Africa.
