Brian Ngaira is the Head of Human Centred Design at Made by People.

Brian has been working with Made by People for slightly over 5 years where he saw the opportunity to pivot his career by going into product development and Human Centred Design.

Brian believes that having mentors in more than one for different areas in life helps keep him in check and guides him through this journey that unfortunately did not come with a standard manual.
