As Director of BD at SDF, Boris leads the development of the Stellar network’s global reach and partnerships with anchors, asset issuers and applications.

Drawing on his personal experience living in numerous continents across the globe, Boris brings expertise in cross-border value transfer and a knack for bridging diverse linguistic and cultural norms. Prior to joining the SDF, Boris’ career spanned management consulting, financial services, and startups in emerging markets. Boris holds an MBA from Duke University, speaks English, Russian, German and Spanish, and is an unabashed cyclist.
