Lead Consultant ThankUCash

Aaron is currently a Lead Consultant for the Launch for ThankUCash  Connected analytics in Kenya. He will be leveraging his start-up experience to support the Launch of ThankUCash in the East African region. Previously Aaron worked as Country Manager for Uber Uganda, a position he has held since the launch in 2016 to 2020.

In this role, Aaron was pivotal to the growth of digital transport in Kampala and the launch of UberBoda as one of the first motorcycle products for Uber globally, Business development Consultant for UK based Elephant Health Care in East Africa ( Kenya & Uganda), Strategy and Business Performance Manager with Stanbic Bank Corporate and Investment Banking and before that, was in roles supporting SMEs at Standard Chartered Consumer Banking. Aaron Tindiseega is an Affiliate with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK) with 12 years of Sub-Saharan African experience spanning Banking and Technology has worked in Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria & Ivory Coast. Aaron is passionate about Business Development, Strategy, Public Policy, and scaling start-up operations in Africa. Outside of work, Aaron loves the outdoors and is an active member of both the Mountain Club of Uganda and Mountain Slayers.
