
Norah Kimathi
At 22, Norah Kimathi is a multi-award-winning co-founder of Zerobionic, a humanoid assistive robotics company transforming STEM education for learners with hearing impairments.
Her team creates biodiverse robotic exoskeletons that teach complex concepts through real-time sign language. Zerobionic also empowers marginalised youth by employing street children to collect plastic waste and discarded tyres, repurposed into humanoid robots. To date, she has led the initiative to divert over 10,000 kg of plastic, demonstrating practical circular economy solutions while pioneering humanoid robotics for sign language education in Africa.
