Roo Rogers- CEO, Founders Factory Africa is a serial entrepreneur and a creative and business leader who takes a unique human centered approach to delivering ventures at scale. Having created and built three of his own businesses, his approach has brought success in the Silicon Valley as well as markets such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya and Rwanda.
Previously a Partner at a world’s leading design and innovation firm fuseproject, Roo is behind the SPRING Accelerator, which has scaled over 75 growth-stage ventures across 9 countries in Africa and South Asia. Roo is also an active writer and commentator in the field of collaborative consumption. His first book, ‘What’s Mine is Yours’ analyzes the rise of the collaborative consumption movement and explores the impact of the movement on individuals, communities, and business models.
