Ola Oyetayo is Co-founder and CEO of Verto , a cross-border payments platform for businesses that is on a mission to simplify cross-border payments in emerging markets , particularly Africa . Verto has raised two funding rounds a 2019 seed round of $2m and a $10m Series A in 2021 from world class investors such as Y-combinator, Quona Capital, Eli Broverman co-founder of Betterment and Jeff Cruttendern co-founder of Acorns and Middle East Ventures Partners.

Verto was most recently named Fintech Start-up of the Year at London’s Fintech Awards and currently processes more than $250m monthly in transaction volumes.
