Chibuike Goodnews is the co-founder at Astravest, a savings and investment platform for Africa that helps users grow savings by diversifying their investments into stables asset classes like real estate, commodities and fixed income. Astravest API enables businesses offer real estate investment as a service.

Chibuike is the Founder of Dochase Adx, a multi-platform internet advertising technology and messaging company.  Dochase provides data, Programmatic (Digital) Advertising that enables businesses deploy and measure performance advertising to millions of target customers on internet. Dochase has worked with some of Africa’s biggest companies to attract new customers, deliver messages, boost online sales and brand awareness.

Before moving to Technology, Chibuike worked for 10 years with two of the biggest banks in Nigeria where he performed banking operations, marketing and product development. He facilitated a number of products in the banks including Agricultural financing, warehouse financing and corporate lending. He developed structured warehouse receipt finance and helped in the setup of AFEX Commodities exchange, the largest independent commodities exchange in Africa.

Chibuike is an alumni of prestigious Lagos Business School, a leader in technology in Africa.  He has MBA and Bsc in Business administration with specialization in Finance, technology and corporate strategy. He also has a certification in Java programming technology from prestigious NIIT. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) Nigeria.
