Anthony Day

Anthony Day is the International Head of FinTech at DLA Piper and Partner in the London Technology and Sourcing team. 

Anthony supports clients on a wide range of FinTech and digital transformation related and outsourcing projects in the financial services and insurance sectors.   He advises clients on a global basis in relation to FinTech related technology transformation projects, including platform arrangements, cloud deals, blockchain and AI.  He has worked on African based projects for a number of years, particularly in relation to payments and new banking models. He also supports in relation to the technology, IP and commercial aspects of FinTech related investments and M&A matters.

Anthony has extensive in-house experience gained during roles with Barclays, Janus Henderson Investors, Colt Telecom, HCL and Lloyds Banking Group.   He is also recommended as a leader for FinTech by various internationally recognised legal directories.
