Shay Hamilton is the CEO of Tola Mobile, a leading fintech company specialising in Mobile Money Integration across sub-Saharan Africa. With over six years at the helm, Shay has driven exponential growth, successfully expanding Tola’s operations from five to 22 regions. Under his leadership, the company has processed over $1 billion in transactions, revolutionising access to financial services in emerging markets.
Prior to heading up Tola, Shay served as Group CTO for Oxygen8, a global telecommunications company. In this role, he led technological innovation and operations on a global scale, building a strong foundation in technology and leadership that continues to drive his work at Tola Mobile.
With a vision for financial inclusion and a deep understanding of the African fintech ecosystem, Shay continues to lead Tola Mobile in transforming how businesses and individuals connect through digital finance.
