Siten Mandalia

Siten Mandalia is the Co-Founder and CEO of Masunga, a company leveraging digital infrastructure to unlock institutional capital for inclusive lenders in emerging markets.

He previously led the company in developing PaygOps, a leading B2B fintech/IoT platform that has helped last-mile distributors deliver life-changing products and services—such as solar energy, clean cooking, and agricultural inputs—to over 6 million people across 30+ countries. To date, PaygOps has enabled the management of more than $100 million in end-user loans.

Building on this foundation, Masunga focuses on standardising receivables data and structuring scalable, off-balance-sheet funding vehicles to attract capital into frontier markets. The platform has already onboarded $30M+ of receivables and is backed by development partners including Acumen Fund, SNV, and Mirova. Siten holds a degree in Engineering from Imperial College London and is an Unreasonable Fellow recognised for his work in social entrepreneurship and digital finance.
