Senior Reporter
Neanda Salvaterra is a journalist with over a decade of experience as an editor, writer, and broadcast reporter. She previously worked as a senior reporter at Agenda, a Financial Times publication, where she covered corporate news. Before that, she spent nearly ten years at The Wall Street Journal, reporting on the oil industry, renewable energy, and U.S. foreign policy in Africa.
Her work has also appeared in Forbes Portugal, and she has made on-air appearances on CNBC Africa, Televisão Pública de Angola (TPA), and NBC. In addition, she is a frequent moderator at major global conferences, including the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi, Kenya; the Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal; and most recently, the Lusophone Africa Investment Forum in Sal, Cabo Verde, organized by the IFC, part of the World Bank Group.
