Laurien leads IFC Startup Catalyst, which invests in accelerators, incubators, and seed funds in frontier markets with nascent venture capital ecosystems, with a strong focus on Africa. She also leads IFC’s work on gender and economic inclusion across venture capital, private equity and funds.
