Claire Munene

Claire Munene has played a large role in placing mSurvey as a leader in scalable conversations between customers and businesses as  Head of Growth and recently became mSurvey’s new COO. 

Prior to mSurvey, Claire spent 12 years working in multiple senior roles with Safaricom, the creators of mobile money, M-PESA, where she contributed to 70% of Safaricom’s revenue through product management and marketing. As part of her roles to drive business growth in Africa, Claire is also very involved in various innovation and acceleration initiatives and spearheaded the launch of Safaricom Academy; a program that seeks to develop leadership skills and increase students entrepreneurial spirit to meet the growing demand for innovative ICT solutions in Kenya and throughout Africa.
