Solomon Amadi
Solomon Amadi is currently the VP of Processing Infrastructure @MoniepointInc, a tech company that builds financial solutions to digitise Africa’s economy with products such as Moniepoint, Monnify to name a few.
He has over a decade of experience in software engineering and His expertise spans Business strategy, Transaction Switching, Engineering, Product Management, Software Architecture and secure coding standards.
Before joining Moniepoint Inc, he worked as a security consultant at Digital encode where he handled PCI DSS certification audits, ethical hacking and penetration testing for notable nigerian banks. While @Moniepoint, he has built the switching infrastructure used by some Nigerian banks today to process their POS transactions across the country and also currently used in Moniepoint.
He has completed MBA with the University of East London and is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Certified Application Security Engineer – Java, Thales HSM Payshield 10K Certified Engineer and is skilled in ISO 8583 transaction switching, cryptography and also multiple programming languages, some of which includes: Java Spring Framework, PHP, C#, React, Angular.js e.t.c
