Prior to building Rafiki, Greg specialised in various performance marketing and growth roles across pre-seed to Series A marketplace and SaaS startups, leading teams of designers, developers, and content marketeers between South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Over the past 2 years, Greg has developed a deep domain expertise and network within the Future of Work and HRTech. Greg envisions a future that is decentralised, fractional, and collaborative, where independent, agile teams service businesses through flexible solutions.
