Robin Miller
Robin Miller is a Partner based in Johannesburg where she also leads Dalberg’s Digital Technology Practice. Her work includes strategic advisory across a range of tech-enabled industries including financial services, telecoms, SME, health and education. In addition, she has served national governments and global tech companies on issues related to expanding digital infrastructure and access in order to support inclusive growth agendas across Africa.
Robin has extensive experience assessing, defining and structuring new solutions to leverage innovation and technology for inclusive growth. She recently advised a leading West African government on the design and deployment of a national technology and Innovation strategy is driving a consortium of partners to recognize and rethink the dramatic shift that digital is having on jobs, skills and society and, as a result, build solutions focused on the Future of Work.
Prior to Dalberg, Robin co-founded the Praekelt.org (formerly Praekelt Foundation), a technology incubator that designs and deploys innovative solutions focused on education, economic development, health and agriculture. Praekelt.org has actively leveraged human centered design approaches and has deployed services across over a dozen countries in Africa as well as Asia. Robin is a member of the African Leadership Network and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management with honors from Boston College.
