Rich Sears
Rich Sears is Head of Ventures at The Baobab Network. Working with his team of Venture Partners, Rich is in charge of scaling Baobab’s portfolio companies post investment. Before joining The Baobab Network Rich co-founded Yagro, one of the UK’s fastest growing AgTech start-ups, and previous to that studied at Cambridge and SOAS. Rich also holds the world record for the longest journey in a tuk tuk, having driven around the world supporting education projects in 2012.
