Femi Longe CEO Qiesto has more than 23-years experience as a learning experience designer, facilitator, social innovation consultant and startup coach with keen interest in helping individuals and organizations be their best self and do their best job to enable a better world. He is the founder and CEO of Qiesto, a platform that connects young Africans to opportunities to use and showcase their competencies as a pathway to jobs, further education or entrepreneurship.
Being one of the co-Founder at Co-Creation Hub (CcHub), Africa’s foremost social innovation centre committed to stimulating and supporting innovation for a better Africa. For 8 years as Director of Innovation, he led the CcHub’s strategy to drive innovation in a range of sectors including governance & civic engagement, financial inclusion, health, education & digital security and has led consultations and projects for clients including VISA, British Council, OSIWA, Union Bank, Oxfam, Lafarge, BBC, UK Department for International Development and the World Bank.
Femi is a Trustee of the XRapid Foundation & Editorial Board Member of TechCabal. Prior to founding CcHub, Femi had a stint at UK social innovation centre, The Young Foundation, where he set up the UpRising Leadership Programme, to get talented youth from disadvantaged communities into public leadership. Femi has a Masters in Education Technology/ Learning Science from the Centre for Research & Interdisciplinarity (CRI), University of Paris, France.
