Innocent Muhizi
Innocent Muhizi has been CEO of the Rwandan Information Society Authority (RISA) since 2016. In mid-2017, RISA took over responsibility for the government’s digitalization programme from the Rwandan Development Board as the country strives to be an ICT model nation in Africa. Innocent is now in charge of e-government, ICT skills development, cyber security, new technology adoption and ICT infrastructure development
