Seun Alley

Seun Alley is Director of Partnerships at OPay. Suen is an Operations and Fintech Professional with well over a decade worth of experience across banking operations, human resource management, transportation and logistics.

Having held several operations and managerial roles, she has developed skills in people and process optimisation, change management, banking and fintech operations, project administration and management, government relations, training and development.

She holds a first-class honours degree in International Relations from Covenant University where she graduated as the best student in the Department of Policy and Strategic Studies and a recipient of the Chancellor’s Award. She has a Master’s degree in International law and Diplomacy from University of Lagos, Project Management certification as well as Six Sigma certification. She is equally an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Oluwaseun is the Director of Partnerships and Government Relatios at OPay, a fintech company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. In her current role, she draws on her deep knowledge base and diverse experience to offer specialised value in areas of operational management, government relations, business development, revenue growth, research and staff performance evaluation cum optimisation.
She is equally managing partner at Fez integrated services where she provides comprehensive oversight for departmental functions ranging from recruitment to facility management and logistics.
She worked at First Bank of Nigeria Plc on the First Shared Service Optimisation Project as an Organizational Structure, People and Change Analyst. Prior to this, she served at FBN as a Process Analyst and before that, as the head of customer Onboarding and Acquisition with several key achievements such as the successful migration of 70% of customers to e-banking channels, upwards from the previous 20%.

She has also worked at Fidelity Bank Plc where she managed funds and funds related processes as a funds transfer officer.

Oluwaseun thrives both as a corporate executive and an entrepreneur, contributing to the sustainable development goals in the areas of youth unemployment and poverty reduction through her brand, FEZ Integrated Services. In addition to her entrepreneurial and community development pursuits, she serves as a curriculum volunteer at St Saviours School.
