Christian Nwachukwu

Christian Nwachukwu is the Founder and CEO of 10mg Health, where he is building financial infrastructure to solve one of the biggest challenges in emerging healthcare systems—access to working capital. With over 12 years of experience across healthcare, pharmaceutical supply chains, and technology in emerging markets, he has worked closely with clinics and pharmacies and witnessed firsthand how medicine stockouts are driven not by lack of demand, but by lack of financing.

He previously co-founded Pharmily, a healthcare supply chain platform that supported over 2,000 providers, where he identified that provider liquidity—not logistics—was the core constraint. This insight led to the creation of 10mgCredit, an embedded credit infrastructure that enables clinics and pharmacies to access instant financing at the point of purchasing medicines, powered by real-time data and funded by licensed lenders.

Under his leadership, 10mg Health has supported over 6,000 healthcare providers across Nigeria and Senegal, enabled more than $4M in medicine financing, and maintains a default rate below 3%. The Financial Times Responsible Business Awards have recognised his work, Aston University Early Impact Award, the AMBA & BGA Highly Recommended Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Birmingham Tech Awards
