Cairon Clarke is the Founder and CEO of Zynta, a multi-jurisdictional payments and liquidity platform delivering last-mile stablecoin settlement infrastructure to banks, enterprises, and financial institutions across Africa, Europe, and North America.

A recognised leader in real-world blockchain adoption, Cairon has designed and deployed high-volume payment rails across Nigeria, EU, and the US, integrating with networks including Solana, Stellar and SUI. He has worked alongside Solana Labs and leading African banks on stablecoin adoption, treasury automation, and regulatory alignment.

Through Zynta, he is leading the creation of the African Virtual Assets Forum (AVAF), a pan-African platform convening policymakers, banks, and technology providers to shape digital-asset regulation and financial inclusion across the continent.

Cairon is scaling Zynta across priority corridors with a mission to bring real-time, dollar-backed payment infrastructure to emerging markets, enabling institutions to move value globally with stability, compliance, and speed.
