Tomasz Bilakiewicz is the Head of Product and Senior Manager for Malta at Verto, where he spearheads the development of innovative financial solutions designed to simplify cross-border commerce along with leading Verto’s expansion in Malta. With a career defined by leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent fintech and banking institutions, Tomasz brings a wealth of expertise in international finance, payments, and global expansion.

Prior to joining Verto, he served as VP of Group Products at Barclays, Product Director at Funding Circle, and Director of Customer Initiatives at Remitly. His extensive background spans consumer and corporate lending, M&A, and complex payment ecosystems. A University of Cambridge alumnus and a CFA Charterholder, Tomasz specializes in scaling new products and navigating the complexities of international markets to drive sustainable growth.
