In this keynote Ed addresses the challenges of maintaining data security while also discussing the evolving landscape of fraud, particularly in relation to generative AI. Ed highlights how fraud tactics are becoming more sophisticated due to the emergence of generative AI, which has led to significant increases in fraudulent attempts. He emphasizes the importance of a multi-layered security approach, referred to as the “Swiss Cheese model,” to combat these threats effectively and shares insights on the ongoing efforts to stay ahead of fraudsters and the necessity for continuous improvement in security measures.
