Titilayo Arasi
Titilayo Arasi is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of CoStaff, a groundbreaking startup focused on developing innovative AI-powered digital workers. These digital workers are designed to empower solopreneurs and small businesses by revolutionizing the way they manage administrative tasks. Titilayo co-founded CoStaff in 2024, driven by her passion for uplifting small businesses and making their operations more efficient through advanced technology.
Before co-founding CoStaff, Titilayo served as the Director of Integration Strategy at NearU, a holding company that acquires and consolidates small HVAC businesses across the United States. In this role, she played a pivotal part in scaling operations and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to her work at NearU, Titilayo spent 10 years at IBM, where she honed her expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Titilayo is an alumna of NYU Stern School of Business and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, where she built a strong foundation in business strategy and leadership. Passionate about supporting small businesses, she is committed to creating tools and technologies that level the playing field for entrepreneurs.
