Rawan Dareer

Founder Hakimu

Rawan Dareer is a founder of Hakimu, building pan-African AI-powered regulatory infrastructure, beginning in partnership with the Judiciary of Kenya. Prior to founding Hakimu, Rawan clerked for the Chief Justice of the Rwandan Supreme Court and on institutional development projects across several countries.

Rawan is currently a non-resident fellow at the Stanford RegLab and an advisor to the Mozilla Data Collective. She received her J.D. from Stanford University, her masters from the University of Oxford, and her bachelor from NYU Abu Dhabi.
