
Princess Ogbechie
Princess Ogbechie, a certified Project Management Professional, published research author and data engineer, is the Vice President of Operations at Farmz2U, where she leads an all-women operations team to optimize agricultural solutions through efficient systems.
Passionate about empowering young people, especially women, she focuses on breaking barriers and expanding opportunities for the next generation. She’s on the Technical Advisory Board for the Young Farmers in Nigeria Organization, the youth coalition created towards the fulfilment of the current Nigerian Agricultural Policy.
Princess has sharpened her expertise through the Lagos Business School’s Venture in Management Programme 2023 and HR mentorship with the Yemi Faseun Academy. She has led and managed multiple partnership and stakeholder projects with the team, successfully handling relationships with key international organizations such as AGRA, African Union, the German Chamber of Commerce, IITA, the Netherlands Embassy, and La French Tech. The projects she champions are aimed at improving grower access and inclusivity while expanding supply chain opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa. She has represented Farmz2U and Nigeria across global stages and conferences across the world like the Third Africa Job Creation Forum, Africa Food Systems Forum 2025 sharing her exposure and expertise in agricultural operations and synergy points for multiple stakeholders across the supply chain.
Additionally, Princess has featured on multiple podcasts for her impact work in youth and education empowerment. She has implemented on-ground farmer-cluster-aggregator model that professionalizes young farmers, fosters sustainability, and has led a successful pilot loan program that increased farmer returns by over 800% allowing them to expand land ownership and become registered business owners. Her work advocates for youth career development, promoting financial independence and professional recognition. She has spearheaded multiple NGO programs, including professional career development programs, outreaches, mentorships, and vocational training for young girls, women, underprivileged, and disabled communities.
