Natalie is Head of Platform at Mercy Corps Ventures delivering value-added support to drive growth and scale impact for startups in our portfolio. Our Venture Platform has delivered over 240 engagements to 38 companies in our portfolio.

Natalie has 16+ years of experience in finance, strategy, business development, and capital raising, across her work both at startups and investment firms. Previously, she led Kaya, a support service company for social enterprises in LATAM, and worked at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and Accenture. She is an industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and a certified Coach. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
