Heritier Ngoie

Founder & CEO UUZU

Heritier Ngoie is a young Congolese entrepreneur passionate about new technologies, innovation, and youth empowerment in Africa. With a strong belief that technology can unlock economic opportunity, he has dedicated his career to building digital solutions that address real market challenges while creating impact at scale.

He began his professional journey as a Digital Project Manager, working closely with founders to transform ideas into functional, scalable products. During this phase, he collaborated with startups across Africa, Europe, and the United States, including ventures supported by international acceleration programs such as Techstars. This experience provided him with hands-on expertise in product development, startup execution, and cross-border technology projects.

Building on this foundation, Heritier transitioned into entrepreneurship as the Founder and CEO of UUZA. Through UUZA, he is committed to accelerating digital commerce adoption, structuring fragmented distribution systems, and unlocking access to quality goods for millions of Congolese consumers. His broader vision extends beyond commerce: he aims to inspire and equip young Africans to leverage technology as a driver of transformation, job creation, and long-term development.
