Blaise Bayuo
Blaise is a Policy Lead at Tech for Development Unit of the Tony Blair Institute. He provides thought-leadership on inclusive and responsive technology policies in low-infrastructure economies. Essentially, he works to influence policy in building and implementing people-centered technology innovation.
He previously co-founded two technology start-ups in eCommerce and blockchain fintech. Blaise has co-authored and published a peer-reviewed academic paper on social innovation and has also worked as a research assistant at Lund University in Sweden.
