Aya Elgebeely is an Egyptian software engineer and tech entrepreneur. She has been working in the tech industry for 13 years.

She started as a software engineer at IBM – Egypt then moved to lead many tech teams in regional startups including 360 Imaging, Instabug, and others. Aya Elgebeely is now the founder and CEO of Talents Arena, an AI-enabled technical hiring platform that aims to bridge the gap between top tech talents and hiring companies and they are creating a coherent Community for all African techies.
