Previously, Serisha was the co-founder and CEO of Boardroom App, a professional dating platform integrating LinkedIn verification to create safe and authentic connections for career-driven individuals. Under her leadership, the app achieved strong user traction and global attention, earning recognition from Global Dating Insights as a company to watch alongside industry giants like Tinder and Bumble.

Serisha is the co-founder of a Google-backed startup and mentors early-stage ventures through programs like Plug and Play, Baobab Network, and AfricArena, providing guidance on legal readiness, growth strategy, and impact.
