Emmanuel Leslie Addae is the Co-Founder/CEO of TalentsinAfrica & Africa Internship Academy. He is one of Ghana’s young successful entrepreneurs and the curator/founder of TEDxAccra and Africa Dialogues. In November 2017, he was named the Social Entrepreneur for the year in Ghana and in 2018, he was ranked among 50 Young CEO’s in Ghana.

In 2012 he started his own company called QualityRole Ghana, a consulting firm, focusing on business restructuring, business financing and strategies. Later in 2012, Leslie partnered with a local company in Dubai called QualityRole Dubai to offer business strategies for Ghanaian professionals in Dubai.

In 2013, he co-founded a start-up called Promobile GH, a local software company focusing on mobile apps and hospital management systems. The Promobile GH had several awards including the Software Company of the year award in 2013.

The breakthrough came in 2014, with the decision to curate TEDx event in his community Labone. To Leslie’s astonishment, the event quickly began to go viral.

He was the recipient of the scholarship for 2014 TEDGlobal Conference. Leslie is passionate about entrepreneurship, development, capacity building, social change, digital innovations, ideas worth spreading and lasting creating solutions. He established his foundation People Initiative Foundation on his 30th birthday to help Africans achieve their dreams.

In his words “I believe in Africa and I know Africa problems can be solve by Africans”. In April 2016, he CO-founded a pan African social enterprise called Africa Internship Academy with the main focus of grooming Africa’s next generational young change.
