Roy Njoka leads the customer value management, and product innovations team at Telkom Kenya – which is 60 per cent owned by Helios Investment Partners, with the remaining stake held by Kenyans through the Government of Kenya.

Roy has built a nine year career spanning all aspects of technology marketing within the Telco industry. He has held roles in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Segmentation and Insights as well as Product Innovation.
He previously worked at Safaricom PLC where his experience covered both the Consumer and Enterprise Segments, and successfully rolled out various telco, and mobile financial services products.
Roy has been instrumental in leading Telkom’s foray into cutting edge projects such as setting up a mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) platform, the partnership with The X Company on Project Loon, as well as launching a new API Gateway.
