Ope Olugasa

Ope Olugasa is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, Lagos Business School, and Robet Kennedy College, University of Cumbria. He recently concluded a Management Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He stated his career in Information Technology at the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc (authorized Bottler of Coca-Cola products) in 2000. He rose to the position of Communication Systems Support Manager and was actively involved in the design of a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for the company’s Communications System. He moved from NBC to the then Omega Bank Plc as Head of the Telecommunications Unit in the I.T department, innovatively using I.T to enhance service delivery in the bank. His active participation earned him the position as head of the New Initiatives and On-line Banking Unit, where he initiated and implemented several I.T projects to enhance the company’s banking services.
