Jessica Colaço

VP Growth Brave

Jessica is an entrepreneur and TED fellow based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is the VP of Growth at Brave, a HR tech startup, creating a workforce planning app for managers to bet on the right mix of people to complete a project and hit targets. She is also an ecosystem builder and was part of the founding in setting up the first tech hub in Nairobi – iHub.

Over the years, she has coached a variety of start-up teams and has been part of a couple of startup boards. She also is a dynamic speaker and has featured on global platforms talking about her work in technology and entrepreneurship. She has spoken at SWSX in 2014 and 2015. She has also given guest lectures at Harvard in 2017 and 2018.
